Who: Adults ages 21 and older
When: Service days/times are established on a case-by-case bases
Where: Day program settings, community settings, and home settings

We are proud to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Colorado’s Supported Living Services (SLS) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waivers. Our team provides counseling and consultative services designed to promote growth, independence, and quality of life. Please note that we do not provide behavior line services.
